Overview
Karseva operates in the finance category, where intent, eligibility, and compliance matter more than traffic volume.
My role was to revamp the website content and design a controlled Google Ads validation setup to assess whether the system could attract qualified, conversion-ready inquiries before any scaling decisions were made.
This engagement was not about aggressive growth.
It was about testing signal quality with discipline.
Context
Finance acquisition carries inherent risk:
- Broad traffic often produces low-intent inquiries
- Small budgets must be protected from waste
- Messaging needs to filter curiosity and attract only serious prospects
The objective was to validate relevance first, not chase lead counts.

Website Content & Intent Clarity

The website was optimized to filter noise and attract genuine prospects.
Search-Led Acquisition (Controlled Test)
- Designed and ran a tightly controlled Google Ads test
- Focused exclusively on high-intent search queries
- Achieved stable CPCs in the ₹33–₹59 range, indicating strong keyword-to-intent alignment
- Maintained strict budget control to preserve signal quality
Clicks were deliberate and relevant, not incidental.
Lead Quality Validation
- Evaluated inquiries based on finance eligibility criteria
- Prioritized qualification over volume during the test phase
- Ensured effort was spent only on meaningful conversations
This confirmed that the system was attracting the right type of demand.
Outcome
- ₹4–5K total ad spend
- CPC stabilized between ₹33–₹59
- 4 total inquiries generated
- 2 inquiries qualified based on eligibility and intent
While volumes were intentionally limited, the qualification ratio validated the acquisition setup.
Key Insight
In finance, performance isn’t about cheaper clicks or more leads.
It’s about relevance first, scale later.
This project demonstrated how disciplined testing can reveal clean demand signals even on small budgets.
